When you enquire or book, we collect what you share with us — typically your name, phone number, email and booking details — through our website form, WhatsApp, email or social media.
To manage your booking, respond to you, and send trip or event updates. We only send marketing messages if you have asked to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
We share your details only with the suppliers needed to deliver your booking (for example a lodge or transporter) and never sell them. Ticketing platforms such as TicketNest handle their own customer data under their own policies.
As part of running our trips and events, we may photograph and film participants. These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes across our website, social media and other channels, and may be kept in our archive for future use. If you would prefer not to appear, please tell our team before or during the trip and we will do our best to accommodate this. To request removal of a specific photo or video featuring you, contact us at info@outjoyment.com.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and keep it only as long as needed for bookings, our records and legal requirements.
